Current Board Members (2012-2013)
Jacco is DGDARC’s resident talent, and the first board member who’s actually enrolled in the game technology bachelor! He’s moved up to the chairman position and is currently trying to complete his bachelor “training”, consisting of complex programming problems, endless gaming sessions and long walks along the beach to reach his full board-member potential.
Aside from being a retired Sticky board member, she’s been a part of DGDARC since the start of her university life and extraordinarily interested in the development of games. She’s the main contact for the Dutch Game Garden and the various dutch Game Development educations our country has. She prefers organising the larger, serious and educative events.
One of DGDARC’s retired chairmen (2009-2010), so basically just another laid-back board member by now. He spends most of his free time (apart from DGDARC-related tasks of course) hanging around in the Gamehall, be it on his game development projects, writing complete and utter nonsense, or simply on browsing the Information Superhighway. He concerns himself with DGDARC’s smaller activities.
Although he hasn’t been a member for long, Tijn is already an integral part of the board. He’s always willing to help with just about anything and works hard to bring the activities to a wonderful conclusion. As a true Game Technology student, Tijn is also working hard on developing his own games.
Kwok is an active Game Technology student with a passion for games and game development. Aside from programming, he also likes playing with art and sound. He’s bursting with enthusiasm and likes infecting others with it; Combine this with a lot of creativity and Kwok might become our new chief of promotion!
